So gross!

I couldn't find the complaining thread but I am sure all of you who keep their cats indoors will be thinking - that's what you get and I can't say I disagree. My male young cat is a hunter! Well I forgot to close the door to the bedroom he brings his pray to and he ran in there when he came in with something in his mouth. By time I saw him under the bed he was already eating it. Ok I just managed to move the bed and had to leave the room. It was like a lion's den with several parts of things in there. I need a break before I get a hasmit outfit on. It is so digusting. From now on the doggie door is staying closed when I am home and he is staying out. He can ask to come in through the patio door without anything in his mouth! I can't believe I used to put up with this with cats. After 15 years without them, I haven't missed the fur, the kill, the jumping all over counters, tables, etc. Sorry, there is my rant.

Growing up, we had an indoor/outdoor cat and she would leave the most awful looking, chewed up "gifts" by the back door. I can't imagine finding the cat under the bed with his snack! I hope cleanup isn't too bad!

Haha!

Well, one of my indoor cats brutally ripped apart a betta fish, so you have my full sympathy.
