Hi

I have a 3 month old cat ,we just got it 4 days ego ,she is nice and i love to love her but she dont like me at all .she only like my husband.she dont care if i am at home,she dont come to me at all just wait for my husband .He give her more more attention than anybody else.I dont want her here any more .I was so sad this morning i was crying .I cant take this for 20 years ...surly...

Good heavens! 4 days??? That isn't enough time for her to form such an opinion, still... You need to be the one to feed her, give her treats and play with her, but take it slowly. I am sure she will come to like you too! Cats like any pet, form their own opinions over time, give her a chance!

Will keep positive thoughts for you and the kitty!

Agree with this statement be patient especially with cats you will be surprised how they will turn it around especially your cat being so young...remember 4 days is not enough time for adjustments...

She just needs time. Feed her, play with her (the fish pole ones with a feathery thing at the end are almost irresistible, well at least for mine!). Take it easy, kitties know when we are stressed.

Time time time and PATIENCE! Are you bff's with someone you met 4 days ago? No. You can't expect a kitten to either.

Perhaps your husband is more calm, less anxious, or has a more soothing voice to the kitty, which draws the kitty to him. Don't worry. Just continue spending time with it and talking to it.
