unhappy older cat after 2 months w kitten

hi all. Cat crazy like everyone else lol. Have had many cats over the years. But sad since it seems like I've ruined my older cat after getting kitten. Ugh

monday, introducing a kitten into an older cat's "lair" isn't always the best idea, as you well know. But tell us more so we can offer advice...

Is the older cat jealous of the new cat's attention? True, kittens need attention so this is gonna be hard, but maybe there are ways to mitigate this, give the older cat plenty of good vibes and attention too?

Let us know some details please. We're here to help.

How old is old? Most seniors will balk at a kitten as you have found out. Imagine putting a young child in an old folks home. Few would be happy with that. Welcome to the forum. When you get a chance give us more details.
