Introducing kitten to kitten, huge weight difference

Hi everyone,
So Chloe is now 12 weeks old and I figured she needs a friend. There is a lady that is rescuing kittens from her neighborhood (spay/neuter, chipped, all shots taken care of). I was thinking about a male kitten and he is around the same age. However I'm not sure on how I would go about doing this. The only information I can find is introducing an older cat to a kitten, a kitten to an older cat, and older to older cats.

Another concern is Chloe is pretty small (around 2.3lbs) and the siamesey male kitten I want to adopt is a whopping 5-6 lbs at the same age. Will that be an issue? I don't want Chloe to get hurt.

And finally I have a question that is more food related. When Chloe was on FF she was eating maybe 5 oz a day and same with the Stella and Chewy's. She ate them with vigor. But with the Instinct Raw she'll at most eat 2.5 oz and isn't very enthusiastic about eating it at all. She'll also eat HK Grace better too. Is she eating enough food? She seems to kind of dislike NV raw. Can I mix HK Grace or the Freeze Dried Stellas with frankenprey raw?

I can't help with the food choices, I've not heard of some of them. I think a kitten would be eating more than 5 ounces in a day though.

As to kitten to kitten introductions, normally that is much easier. They tend to take to each other right away but considering the size difference I'd keep a spray bottle handy. I don't see any reason it they are both healthy that they can't be put together right away. Separate and reintroduce if there is a big issue of hissing, growling. Chloe will complain if Newbie plays too rough but you need to intervene, too.
