My kits nab each other's food

When I feed my kits, they always get really wild. They run around and jump on top of things as I'm scooping it, and will sometimes jump on me and climb up me to try to eat out of the bowl that I'm scooping into before I set it down!

Also they eat each other's food, and that's not good. What should I do?

Feed them in separate rooms, or a cat carrier.

Monitor meal times. If one starts to eat from the other's bowl, gently push his head back to his own bowl.

Yeah. When we don't have someplace to be, we watch them and if they go to someone else's bowl, we put them back at theirs, and if they keep going away from theirs incessantly then we put them in the time-out kitty jail we made (just a wire laundry basket upside down). They still don't stop.

And we can't do separate rooms, because they aren't indoor kits.

Outdoor cats will establish their own order. Just break up the fights until they do.
