cats not getting along

Hi, I am here because I have 3 furballs and one of them is a bit of a handfull. I have 2 males and 1 female.

1 Male American Shorthair named Mushu - Grey/White
1 Male...not sure what he is to be honest named Fidget - He is white with a tawny dusting on his face and rings on his long tail.
1 Female Tortoiseshell Calico named Chiba

Mushu is the youngest at 7. He's quite territorial. He focuses his aggression mainly on Fidget and sometimes Chiba. Chiba and Fidget try to avoid Mushu. Poor Fidget stays within a certain because of Mushu. Chiba at times will attack Fidget as well.

I don't know what to do to be honest. When I got Mushu I followed the method of introducing two cats. I separated them etc. However, Chiba was just aggressive toward him. Eventually, it calmed down between the two of them but they have flair ups. Recently, they had a nasty encounter. He literally jumped on her back and clawed to hang on and bite at her. I just don't understand it.I think there is fairly enough space for them all to exist together.

A belled collar seems to temper him a bit. However, he hates the bells and will use his teeth to force them close.

I am tired of him attacking the other two cats. He can be pretty affectionate with me. But he has had moments where he attacks me for no reason and bites me pretty good. I have been lucky enough that I haven't had to go to the doctor. However, I just don't know what to do. He's a bit Jeykll and Hide.

Have you tried adding some extra vertical space ---- cat trees, shelving on the walls?
Have you had some scheduled playtime.....with wand toys like "Da Bird"? Try and get Mishu tired out.....a tired cat is a good cat.
Have special treat times as well.
Always praise good behavior with your voice and an occasional treat.
Forget about the belled collar, it's just aggravating him=and he'll take out his anger on the other cats.

As for Mishu's aggression towards you.....notice what happens before he does it. Some cats may attack because they are jealous of any attention you're paying or were paying to another cat. Some cats attack because they are hungry. There's usually some reason why Mishu is doing this; there are some cats that are not balanced mentally because of inbreeding or genetics or some other reason and can have a Dr. Jekyll/Mr. Hyde behavior. I had one of those once. Hope some of this has helped. All the best!
