Neutered male spraying people

My more outgoing male has taken to spraying my brother. He and his girlfriend live with me, and he loves the girlfriend to death - he loves getting and giving attention to my brother as well. But he only ever sprays his things, his bed, his clothes. And the other day I got a call that while he'd been in the tub, the little sneak came in there and sprayed the side of the tub and took off. I can't help but find this seriously funny but I know it is a concern... When he got out of the tub his assailant returned and sprayed his legs, then took off again.

Medical problems have been ruled out, and it's ONLY him that gets targeted.

Any and all advice is welcome.

Hi Poisoned!
I did find these two links!

Also still a good idea for him to rechecked for crystals, stones, etc...

That's a very odd behavior...I'd suggest that your brother start being the human who feeds and plays with the cat.

I'd also start with a vet visit - spraying on living people is WAY different than spraying a wall or something. He needs a checkup.

Just an update, he's been checked again since posting for any medical issues that could cause this behavior. He's quite healthy.

Brother has taken over his care and they get along famously as usual.

He hasn't peed on him again, but he's destroying everything that smells like him, including a couch and it's getting to be bit much to say the least. :/
