Robin had seasonal depression.

How could I miss it?

He just wasn't himself this winter.

Now that the days are getting longer, he's getting more happy, hyper, finicky, mischievous and amorous!

OT Pic status: I'm having a friend help me update my facebook page to include pics of me and robin!

Sorry that Robin has been a little sad lately. I am glad he is getting perkier. Looking forward to seeing pictures of Mr. Robin.

Robin is in good company! We are all getting cabin fever. Hubby and I finally sat outside for the first time this year. It was cool but comfortable with sweaters and blankets. The cats have been spending more time on the porch too. Come on Spring! We've all been waiting for you!!

Yes, this winter has been depressing for cats and people.....Lucky you, Marcia, to sit outside? We've still got a lot of snow on the ground but not as much as your neighbors just to the north of you. Yes, my two are really happy when the sun comes out and shines in, as it has the last few days. Yay!

That's an interesting point bluemilk. I absolutely hate February; I go into a major funk every year. Why wouldn't cold and a lack of sunshine affect a kitty the same way? Mr. Casper definitely had cabin fever (drove me and Celia crazy). Celia's just been down in general since Margaux passed away, but she was really enjoying being out in the sun last weekend.
