Aggression toward cat with seizure

I am hoping to get some insight into is some recent odd behavior from my
7yo Savannah. Emma (my 14yo) had a seizure last week. I had been asleep when it started but I woke soon after and it went on for well over five minutes. It was pretty bad and she was loud as it was occurring and I could see that Lyuba was probably as freaked out as I was (it was her first, and hopefully last). I rushed her to the vet but as of yet we are not sure of the cause. Emma is back to normal but since we have gotten back Lyuba has been acting very hostal toward her. She spent a full day hiding from Emma and when Emma got near her she hissed and groweled at her. This has not stopped. They had a rough start when Lyuba was a kitten and a former roommate left her behind when moving out but after about six months they became reluctant friends. Up until this happened they would cuddle and groom each other from time to time. I am at a loss to understand what to do. Emma did wet herself afterwards while in her crate, I think that may have changed her smell. For Lyuba smell is very important. I washed her a bit, but as almost a week has passed her normal smell should have returned for the most part. Any ideas are greatly appreciated!

There's some good tips in the article of re-directed aggression in cats. Hope this will be helpful to you.
