4 cats bullying 1 cat

I have 5 cats total now—3 of them are foster fails. Go figure! I initially had two females (first Luna, then Panda) adopted as kittens. They were not related but eventually got along. When I fostered a first litter of kittens, Panda assumed a motherly role with the kittens, and her relationship with Luna became strained. I adopted two kittens from this foster litter (Hobbes and his sister, Patch). The 4 lived in relative harmony, although Luna and Panda were never friendly with each other again. I fostered more kittens without incident. My last foster litter, I adopted one more kitten, Emma. She’s now about 10 months old. Just a couple of weeks ago, Hobbes began acting up. He began I bully Luna out of nowhere it seemed, when they used to get along fairly well. Eventually, all 4 cats have begun bullying Luna (even then youngest, Emma) to the point where Luna refuses to leave the bedside in the corner of an office space. If I carry her out of the room, she immediately runs back. She never did this before!! I feel terrible and don’t know how to get the other cats to stop messing with her. I’ve tried feliway to no avail. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Oh wow! Poor Luna!
Have you taken her to a vet to rule out any physical issues?
Cats can zero in on a 'weaker' member...due to health, or psychological issues...
Rule out health issues first, if that is 'All Clean' , more than likely it's psychological issues, she is unfortunately, acting like 'prey', and the others are picking on her...
Jackson Galaxy (on youtube) has some GREAT insights on this!
His show "My Cat from *ell" has some truly great advice!.
Good Luck!

It sounds like to me that you've got one too many cats in your clowder. Once a cat is regarded as "prey" by the others and is hiding out all the time to void them, it's a very difficult situation to remedy. If a vet checks her out OK, my suggestion is that Luna would be much happier as an only cat for someone.
