Cats overgroom to sooth themselves if they are upset with something......sometimes it becomes a chronic habit, so try to get this under control. Did she overgroom in her former home? It could be that she's anxious/upset with the move, and in time will settle down and stop overgrooming. You could try some other remedies, such as Bach Flower remedies, but there are other things as well, such as treats, etc. All the best!
