Exclamation territorial issues

I currently have two cats. The first cat is about 10 months old and the other is about 7 months old. I took both of them in as feral kittens just a few months apart.
My first cat is very loving and kind but the two have always been on and off. The first one is very playful which is somewhat annoying to the second. However, they tolerate each other and have not had any serious fights. The first often grooms the second when they are together.

They had only been in the house together for about two months before my second cat got out and came back pregnant. The two were not left alone together and the relationship between them was still new before the kittens arrived. About a month ago my second cat had a litter of 5 kittens and the first cat DOES NOT LIKE THEM!!! I was planning on keeping one of the kittens for myself but I am beginning to worry about the aggression. She has started just hissing at my bedroom door, which is where I have the kittens and the mama cat for the time being. My guess is that the smell of the kittens is what is bothering her and that is why she is beginning to show aggression towards both the mama cat and myself.

I am assuming she is just being territorial and it will pass as the kittens go on to their new homes but I am worried that the liter of kittens as well as keeping one of them will damage the relationship that was slowly growing between the first two cats. To make things even MORE complicated I am moving in about a month and a half. Maybe the new home will be a clean slate for the three cats and the first one won't be so territorial? Should I keep them separated in the meantime? How can I at least get the first two cats getting along with the smell of the kittens everywhere?
I could use any advice or tips you might have!! Thanks!

My#1 priority would be to get your older kitten spayed neutered/spayed before you move. She will be coming into heat and want to be bred if you don't get her spayed. Yes, the other older cat is jealous and doesn't like the kitties and especially the mom cat. It think things would work out better for you if you can find a new home for your older cat before you move to a new home. That would solve your problem, as I don't really think you older girl is going to accept the other cat and her kittens.
