some cats just don't get along

How did you introduce them? Nice and slow, or you just put them in a room together, this might be a factor in their behavior. My cats are not the best of friends, but they tolerate eachother and even play together, but I think they are different personalities, my Zeus is quiet, he ponders before he does something, but my Hera will just jump in for the fight. Maybe your cats are too different personalities too?

Ah..the disappointment. I know how you feel. I have 2 female kitties that I introduced slowly and they still don't like each other. They tolerate each other but still chase and swat at each other, at least once a day. I was hoping some day they would get along. I am not holding my breath for that, a friend of mine had 2 females cats, they have had both for years and they don't like each other, never have.

I may be adopting a male cat this weekend, this boy gets along best with females so I am hoping it will calm my ladies down.

gosh. my 2 females are litter mates, so when i brought willy home, they really didn't like him. boo tolerates him and even shows him who the real boss is, but spooky is a little afraid of him now.

honestly, i don't think spooky and willy will every really get along. willy is too playful and spooky is too laid back and prissy.

i wonder if astrology applies to cats the same way it does to humans? lol
