Jackpot food

I'm looking for an irresistable "jackpot" food that my kitty cannot turn down and will do almost anything for. I have a semi-feral cat that I need to give a daily dose of medicine to, and the only way I can get him to take it is to hide it in his food. He's got a skin condition and needs a small, maintenance dose every day. I've been hiding it in turkey baby food-he absolutely loved it and lapped it up everytime I gave it to him for about a year now. But he seems to be getting tired of it. Does anyone have any suggestions for something their kitties absolutely love? I've tried a lot of things, but I'm running out of ideas.
Thanks!

Tuna, or Fancy Feast - shrimp-flavored.

If it is a pill, have you tried the pill pockets? Some cats think they are treats!

I have tried the pill pockets, but no luck there.

My cats love the Fancy Feast grilled foods too. Anything tuna flavoured usually gets them too. You could try another type of baby food- chicken or beef.

This might be weird, but my one cat LOVES the taste of cat toothpaste. The flavour/brand doesn't matter. If he likes turkey you could probably find a turkey-flavoured tube. Probably not the healthiest but it is digestible, so you could try it in a pinch.

Good luck - it depends entirely on the cat and how food motivated they are in general. I tried literally everything that's ever been suggested on this site when I was trying to entice Sunny to eat when we first got him (Fortiflora, bonito flakes, baby food, tuna juice, etc, etc) - he turned his nose up at every one. Turns out he just had a very discriminating palate and had decided only raw was good enough for him, he just didn't know how to tell me. He heaved a sigh of relief when this stupid human finally figured it out.
