Hello from Egypt - help needed with found kitten

Hi guys
My name is Dino.
Yesterday a tiny kitten entered our house during a rainstorm and was greeted by my 8 month old hyperactive German shepherd. She was in very bad shape, almost dead because of the rain and cold weather.
I'm gonna need you advice on how to feed the kitty until I find someone who'll adopt her.
I think she's about 6 weeks old.
I've fed her so far with full cream milk using a syringe.
I've also given her water.
She's very scared of us, the poor thing.
Any advice would be appreciated
Peace

Hi Dino, thanks for taking in this tiny kitty. It's better if she can lap it up, but feeding with a syringe is OK as long as you don't do it while she's lying on her back, as she may get some in her lungs that way----not good! Some pet stores carry KMR=Kitten Milk Replacement. Failing that, you can make your own substitute....use the first recipie in this link as it's more suitable to kittens than to pups. All the best!

Oh goodness, poor little thing! She's lucky that she walked into a home where people are willing to take care of her! Is it possible for you to take her to see a vet to make sure there's nothing seriously wrong?

Yes, cow's milk is not good but goat's milk is if you can get it.
