Lightbulb too much sneezing!

Have two indoor cats - a black 1 year old male and a 6 month female, half Russian blue, both neutered. The female has quite severe ongoing sneezing/snot problems which have not responded to any treatments - neither antibiotics nor antiviral. She's otherwise quite normal - eats well and is quite active. No evidence of conjunctivitis. The vets seem to be just as clueless as me. Am wondering what options to explore next. Ideas welcome.

Interesting that the vet is stumped as well. My Otis has been sneezing and having a lot of snot lately. I can hear the congestion in his nose. I have been doing some armchair vet research on this, and learned that some cats can have allergies. You may want to pay attention to what the cat may be doing before the sneezing happens and the environment. If anything in the environment changed right before the sneezing started.
