Strange breathing noise

Our cat, Malishka, has some kind of spots (visible on X-Ray) in her lungs. The vet(s) aren't sure if it's cancer or something else after doing a number of exams. After this finding, she is getting half a pill of prednizolone daily. She seemed to be doing fine, but in the past few weeks, she started breathing as if she has a cold/stuffy nose. The vet suggested anti biotics. After the first week, there was a slight change for the better, so the vet suggested another two weeks.
A few questions:
I am looking for online vet referral services with specialists that may help us get more insight into her issue remotely (we have all the tests, X-Rays, etc..). Also, any suggestions from people whose cats may have had similar issues?

Thank you!

Texas A&M's veterinary college might be able to steer you to what you need, if they don't do online consulting themselves. https://vscs.tamu.edu/

I hope you can find someone to help Malishka.
