What do you feed your cats?

Some time ago, Mickey started having frequent UTI's (urinary tract infections), so I started buying Hill's diet from the vet. The C/D diet especially. No more UTI's. My other 3 cats loved it, as well, so it worked out fine. That was about 3 years ago. I decided (because of the expense - $46.00 every 3 weeks) to try to go back to store brands. The vet said "sure try it and see what happens, but try and stay with the low ash, etc." So I did. I am using the Iams and other well know low ash and UTI-friendly brands. Anyone else have any suggestions/experience with the same? Although the expense is slightly lower, it's still "up there". But my babies are WORTH IT.

There's lots of info that might be helpful to you in the health and nutrition section

Personally, I feed my two predominantly wet food. Right now we're in the middle of a switch from a wet/dry diet to a wet/raw diet. I feed Wellness wet in the morning, and the plan (how it's going right now provided something doesn't force plans to change lol) is that they'll get a raw meal in the evening. So far so good!
