Jack Mackerel??

Is it okay to feed jack mackerel to my cats?

Your question makes me very worried, so could you possibly explain what you mean by "feed"?
Are you talking about making this fish a big part of the diet?
Giving it as a frequent treat?

I actually know someone whose cat developed steatitis (pansteatitis) from oily fish in the diet (in their case it was salmon), so here is some important information for you:

Sorry I didnt make that clear. I give this with thier kibble for dinner every other night. Just spoon full if even that much.

Even so it's not a good idea, especially if you don't supplement with natural vitamin E.
Also, fish on a regular basis can become an allergen, it can lead to urinary, skin and digestive problems.
