Sounds like she needs to go to the vet immediately. Unfortunately there is no way of knowing what it is without getting her checked out, but whatever it is, it sounds severe enough to treat as an emergency.
Good luck!

Has she been able to drink anything?

How old is she?

Where did she come from and how long have you had her?

What do you feed her?

I agree, 3 days without a meal is just going to get more severe if it goes on longer.

Forum users can help with little things, but we really can't evaluate medical problems like a Professional, and you'll feel better knowing she is getting help.

I agree, please don't wait. This kitty sounds very ill.

If your regular vet is not available, they should have an emergency number for you to call. Or you can look for an emergency vet in the phone book.

Good luck to you and your kitty. Let us know what happens.
