Gizmo and Gadget

Gizmo = 7 year old himmie with a cloudy eyeball. Gadget = 8-9 week old scottish fold (mix?...see post in breeding forum). Both kitties are relatively new to the household, and both are adopted (not purchased from breeders/pet stores). We're basically obsessed with them, and they even have youtube videos (sebilisable is the username). Gizmo is by far the coolest cat I've ever had--he's playful, loving, intelligent, and an all-around character. Gadget is a very hyperactive little girl, but when she slows down she's extremely affectionate. Very fun couple of cats.

Re: Gizmo and Gadget

He does it usually after a particularly exhausting play session. He just kinda lets his back legs slide out from under him and flops down as if he's nearly dead. We certainly think it's cute but then again we are biased

OMGosh! That last picture is wonderful! How long did the "introduction" period last?

Re: Gizmo and Gadget

marie,

Actually they've only been interacting face-to-face for about 1.5 weeks now. Basically the hissing was over within a day or two, but they're still learning how to interact with one another (especially during play-time). The kitten is the instigator of all snuggling
