Yes, they are DSH. The mom is a moggie and we don't know whom the dad is- we THINK he is the little black cat that hangs around their house.
They are fairly easy to tell apart in person. There are two gray w/ white tabbies. One is little and the other one is a rolly polly little pudge- so cute! The dark gray kittens all look a little different. One has an eye that has not quite opened up yet, but the vet said it will be fine in a few weeks. She always looks like she is winking at you. The 2nd gray one has a very distinctive face. There is just something about it- it almost looks really flat. I can't describe it exactly. Then there is Vaughn . She is just so adorable with her perfect little kitten face.
It was pretty hard to choose which kitten I wanted. They two little gray tabbies look very similar to my cat Elliott. I kind of wanted Elle to have a twin, but then I have wanted a solid gray cat for a long time- so hopefully they won't change too much. I really like British Shorthair, but will probably never get a purebred one unless he makes his way to our shelter, so this maybe as close as I will get.
How did so many grey kitties come out all at the same time? I love grey kitties they are my favorite! I think Vaughn is the cutest, but any one out of that bunch is adorable!! Can't wait to see more pics!!!!!
