About 100 miles northeast of here, in Evansville, IN, is the old Willard Library. It's rumored to be haunted, with sightings occurring since 1937. Well, a research group has set up a series of webcams in the library, monitoring the commonly reporting sighting areas 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you want to help "catch a ghost", you can do so here
What a gorgeous old library. When I was growing up in Wisconsin we had our library in an old Victorian house. I miss those type of places. So many of them were torn down for "progress" and modern built building. So sad.
In New Orleans there was a library on St. Charles Avenue that was in a beautiful old Victorian mansion like that. I bet it had ghosts, too. I wonder if it's still there...
There were rumors before I left N.O. about plans to tear it down. It would be a shame to lose such a wonderful piece of history.

Hugh, you've obviously never been visited by a ghostly kitty.

It takes a cat to turn a house from a cold building into a warm home.
