Lamb Chop Recipe?

Anyone know a good lamb chop recipe, or just general notes for cooking them? I'm trying to branch out. I have never made this before... I am a chick and fish person normally... I looked up a few and lamb chops with mushrooms sound pretty good. What do you think?

When you get your hands on a good lamb chop recipe, or any good recipe, could you post in the Cooking Recipes!! thread?
