Most of those kitties look fairly young. I hope they can find them homes.

Fond du Lac, eh? I've been to the Humane Assoc shelter there. It's a smallish older building in not the greatest shape and no way is there enough room for all those poor cats.

Two pet limit! I'm in trouble even with the extra pet permit that allows a total of 4!

Those poor kitties. They all seem to have serious eye problems. They look in really bad shape. I hope the public responds with help.

Ive never understood how neighbors can let something like this go on so long before reporting it.
