Disgusting! Obese dog frozen to sidewalk

I didn't notice the weight at first in the story, then got sick to my stomach watching the video.

This border collie mix is 120lbs - a whopping 70something pounds overweight. The poor thing can barely stand up!

It was heartbreaking to watch that poor dog trying to get around. If the lady gets to keep the dog (The neighbor said she loves it.). she should be forced to put that poor thing on a diet. The fat saved him this time, but it will take years off of his life.

That's disgusting! Poor dog.
Both for the owner letting the dog get that obese, and not taking the dog inside on the night that cold.
