Re: New Years resolutions

Want a great one that's really quite easy? As soon as you get your paycheck, put a bit in your savings account. Any amount is better than nothing! If you borrow it, put it back. I already do that. All of the experts say, "Pay yourself first." They're right. You won't miss that 5, 10, 20, or 50 dollars, whatever you can save. Some months are better than others. So, transfer the extra into your savings. If you never have it, you won't miss it.

Re: New Years resolutions

I will keep my job all year.

I've never been fired, but historically, I get restless for one reason or another. In a thriving economy, when I was younger, this wasn't a problem. But I'm too old to job-hop. I start my new job in one week, and I'm so so so excited to do this one right.

This is a resolution I can keep.

First and foremost, to maintain a reasonable working schedule, not allowing myself to lounge around and start late, then having to come back to work after the kids are in bed.

I love that Megan!

Hubby and I have both committed to eating healthier, and losing weight.
