January Chocolate Challenge
"Eating Healthy" is such a broad statement and so hard to stick to for me...it entails a drastic change, which usually is impossible, leads to failure and major disappointment.
Who is up to the challenge?
Chocolate is off limits except for on Saturdays, for the month of January.
If you crave chocolate through out the week, you may have it in the form of warm or cold chocolate milk.
This will make you think twice about blizzards, milk shakes, candy at a co-workers desk, or dessert when you are already stuffed!
**Sometimes, little changes, one at a time, is all it takes to establish a healthy routine.**
You may learn to appreciate chocolate isn't a necessity, but is a nice treat once a week.
You'll be amazed at how much chocolate you used to consume if you stick to this January Chocolate Challenge.
If you stick to the challenge this month, you might realize that small change is possible and will make the next healthy change not seem so hard to reach.
So, who will join me in this challenge? No weight check-ins involved, no money to pay if you mess up, just the satisfaction knowing that if you stick to the challenge, you are one step closer to gaining control over your desired healthy life style!
