US Daylight Savings Time

Reminder for our US members to push the clocks ahead tonight. WooHoo...won't be getting dark until almost 7 where I live!

Re: US Daylight Savings Time

oh I had forgotten about this, we put the clocks back at the end of March...I like it in one way...in anotehr way I don't as we lose an hours sleep going to work

*edit* by saying back, I meant back to what they were...just to add more confusion

Re: US Daylight Savings Time

I know the clocks change tonight here in Canada, too. I'm just not sure if they go a head or back which is a little annoying. I work until 4am so I might be there until 5am...or 3am! Time change confuses me so much...

Re: US Daylight Savings Time

Ah, okay. So at 2am this morning, it will actually be 3am. Hmm, I wonder how that will work out for work. Maybe the time changes in the wee hours of the morning to avoid confusing people like me.

Re: US Daylight Savings Time

The longer daylight should cheer us all a bit ( a lot for me!) after everyone gets used to the "jet lag." I love the sunshine, and I'm looking forward to the warmth and the spring flowers! The daffodils will be blooming in PA soon!

There are signs of Spring in my yard, too!
Thanks for posting this, Lisa.

My clocks would have set themselves and I wouldn't have noticed for a couple of days, otherwise.

Japan doesn't have that but it's so hard to keep track in the times overseas!

Re: US Daylight Savings Time

I will soon be going around to change the clocks in the house. I always hated working on the night with time change. Working as a nurse you have alot of documentation, especially in ICU. You always had to explain in the notes why during the critical incident it appeared that you hadn't done anything for an hour.

Today we had a beautiful day with a high of 78. Tim and I went to the car wash to have them clean the Subaru inside and out. We sat outside in the sun and we both have some pink on our cheeks.
