Very, unmerry, unhappy birthday

My cousin's daughter doesn't like how the family sings happy birthday (the tradition is to sing as loudly and horribly as possible) neither does Gibbs (the cat)

Well...it scared Holly out of the room in a panic and Kobi and Maggie had huge eyes and just barely restrained themselves from bolting.

Your tradition remains intact, but I don't know if my poor shy collie will ever leave her corner again!

Almost everyone in my family can sing quite well actually (me included). That is what makes it so funny that it is so horrible. I don't know how the tradition started but it is always fun to initiate someone into the system. It is really funny to not tell them ahead of time and see their reaction. It always scares the little kids too, and cats apparently. My parents' dogs and Teddy couldn't careless.

Great. For the first time, two of my cats peed outside the litter box.

I have to replace three champagne flutes.

My study window shattered.

Charlee actually jumped ON MY BACK, claws out!!!!!!!!!

News Flash!

Seismologists report a possible earthquake in the immediate area! Evacuation might be necessary.

Correction:

Please ignore the previous warning. It was a birthday party.
