I live in dread of Flea Meds weekend

Fay forgives me quickly (Fancy Feast) but Mia won't come near me after I put the meds on Fay. Mia's normally talking to me constantly and stopping by several times an hour for a petting but the minute she she's me abuse Fay she won't come near me for days. There's no buying her off with Fancy Feast.

Ohhh. Kitty howling. Little Black Cat is back at the window. She and Mia are making war noises. Fay ignores her. She's tiny, no collar. I can't get near her.

The last time people tried to elimate free roaming cats it resulted in The Black Plague.

What a loving little cat Mia is...to stand up for Fay!

Poor little black cat.

Oh! If looks could kill, Malibu would have had me dead numerous times over on flea-treatment day!

Me & my girls hate it too. Definitely best not to let the second cat see the first one get it. Or even see the packaging before I have caught them! They learned really quick to avoid the tube!!! Seems they stayed aggravated longer with the Frontline than they do with the Advantage.

I'm glad to know it isn't only my Tuffy that hates having that stuff put on - I wonder why they hate it so much? Does it sting? if only they could talk..

Yup, today was Revolution day for us. Rochelle always gives me dirty looks and today was no different.

I know it smells bad. When I put the Advantage (or is it Advantix) on Fay I can smell it and when Mia goes near Fay after Fay has been treated she jerks back and blinks like it stings her eyes.

My girls stay "greasy" around their beautiful ruffs for at least a week. Then three weeks later, it's time to reapply.

I think we may be done with it, knock wood. They HATE it.

What type do you use that stays greasy for that long, if you don't mind me asking. I use Revolution, and the girls stay greasy for maybe an hour afterward and then it clears up, and thats including Rochelle with her longer hair. Is that a side effect of what your giving them perhaps?

Monty HATES it! I know it's the smell, because as soon as I open the vial he tries to escape the house by checking every door and window that might be open..he will try and run away from himself with his eyes all squinted up, poor guy
