Cats get equal time .

USA Today does a follow-up about cats, after an article on why we love dogs...

Enjoy!

They are a real comfort! And when I'm in a bad mood, my voice is always more gentle when I'm talking to Nina.

Short article. They didn't even mention the healing powers of cat saliva.

The last time people tried to elimate free roaming cats it resulted in The Black Plague.

Short and unnecessarily superficial, like they didn't talk to any real cat specialists. At least they illustrated the mutual bonding by anecdote. Fortunately, the 33 percent of households that have cats know why we have them!

Awwww, I like the story about the 94 year old with her kitty!!!

I know my kitties certainly bring much more happiness to our home! That's for sure, even for Dave. I see him many times, talking to the kitties, playing with, or just walking over to pet them. Patches will only let Dave hold her, and runs to greet him when he gets home at night.
