Steve Jobs has lost his battle with cancer

So young.

Quote:
Apple Inc. said the company's co-founder Steve Jobs died Wednesday. He was 56.

In a brief statement the company said Jobs died Wednesday. He had been battling pancreatic cancer.

The Silicon Valley icon who gave the world the iPod and the iPhone resigned as CEO of the world's largest technology corporation in August, handing the reins to current chief executive Tim Cook.

"We are deeply saddened to announce that Steve Jobs passed away today," the company said in a brief statement. "Steve's brilliance, passion and energy were the source of countless innovations that enrich and improve all of our lives. The world is immeasurably better because of Steve."

That's sad. All cancer sucks but pancreatic cancer is so lethal.

Im glad he saw his successes. This is so sad. How his company enriched our lives. The success of his company's products is what America is all about. Thinking outside the box.

He was an incredible, inspiring man.

And one heckuva wicked boss. Wish I could have met him, very glad I never worked for him.

He'll be sorely missed in the world.

Well too bad like many high tech companies Apple out sourced their manufacturing to countries like China instead of providing jobs to Americans.
