My (step) sister had a goiter removed

Andrea is recovering, but it's been tough. She was staying with her mom and my dad,and she finally went home. Please keep her in your prayers.

Glad she's doing better, sending good thoughts her way.

UPDATE:I mentioned that I saw her Sunday. They had to remove her thyroid, and she recieved treatments to kill any lingering cancer cells.

But now she's doing much, much, much better! Still tired but, she's her usual quirky, funny self again! Joking about becoming a thrifty shopper, and the effects of too much sugar-free candy!
