I hated snowboarding

I am 26 and 6''3
Tried snowboarding for the first time and I never skiied before either

I hated it.

I was trying to get good for 4hours and I still sucked I think I am too tall or something or just bad balance. I could easily go down straight fast without falling.. but I would fall only when I try to fully stop or slow down..

turn left or right sides to slow down id fall

all my friends wear by it but I think it sucks even if I was good at is.. its not THAt fun

I never snowboarded, but I've skied and I can tell you it's not something you get good at in 4 hours. Falling comes with the territory. I'd suggest taking a few lessons...having an instructor teach you is much more effective than friends.

4 hours doesn't seem to be a reasonable a time frame to master a new activity, especially one as new as snowboarding. I have skied plenty (I even moved to Breckenridge, CO for a bit) and I tried snowboarding for a day. I stunk
