Sherlock Holmes Season 2 on PBS

Starts this Sunday. I think some other people here liked it.

Sherlock | Masterpiece | PBS

The last time people tried to elimate free roaming cats it resulted in The Black Plague.

I tried watching the first episode of season 2 with family members and they kept falling asleep. I tried twice and then gave up. Hopefully you'll have better luck. I may eventually just watch it by myself.

A great updating of "two" classic characters (Holmes/Watson). I like the new characterization of Watson in both the latest movies and the BBC series. I was afraid for a bit that they weren't going to continue the series.

The 2nd isn't nearly so good as the first. Oh and Peggy could fake playing the violin better than Conelius Bumbersnatch or whatever he's called.

The first series was great, so I was very disappointed.

I heard a small part of an interview qith Benedick Cumberbatch today. I sounds like there are only 3 episodes this time around. He didn't mention what it was like to be saddled with that name.

Only 3 episodes.

A Scandal in Belgravia
Picking up from season 1's gripping cliff-hanger, the whip-smart Irene Adler (Lara Pulver, True Blood) takes on Sherlock in a game he is ill-prepared to fight...love.

The Hounds of Baskerville
Sherlock and Watson track a gigantic hound to Baskerville, where the military is conducting top-secret experiments. But whether demonic or dubious, something is stalking the moors...

The Reichenbach Fall
The crime of the century is just a prelude for the unhinged criminal mastermind, Jim Moriarty (Andrew Scott, Lennon Naked), when he poses the diabolical and inescapable "final problem" to Sherlock.

The last time people tried to elimate free roaming cats it resulted in The Black Plague.

The first season was only three episodes as well... I think the wait between seasons was due to scheduling conflicts, they're both going to be in The Hobbit (one playing the leading role!), and I know they've been in other movies in between the seasons as well.
