If it's in a crock pot you can line the insert with foil, or the fancy liner-thingies. (foil works well as long as you get good stuff and are careful not to tear it.)

I think if I did it I'd use 1/2 Mozzarella and 1/2 cheddar -to get strong flavor AND stringy goodness

Crock Pot Chicken Cacciatore

1 onion, chopped
6 boneless chicken breasts
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1 tbspn olive oil
16 oz can tomato paste
1 14 1/2 oz can fire roasted tomatoes, drained
6 oz mushrooms sliced
12 oz spaghetti cooked per package directions
grated mozzarella

Place onion in bottom of crock pot
layer chicken breasts on top of onion
add remaining ingredients
cook on low 6-7 hours
serve over spaghetti and top with mozz

This was a major winner for me. So easy, it took me 15 minutes of hands on to make pizza and that included grating the cheese by hand and simmering the sauce with minced garlic in it.

2 Ingredient Pizza dough!

1 c plain greek yogurt
1 1/2 C self rising flour (has to be self rising or you'll need to add BP and salt)
1/2 c - 1 c xtra flour for kneading and dusting

Mix them together until combined. Knead until smooth (by hand it took about 5 minutes)adding flour to keep it from getting too sticky. The photo is of half the dough. I stored the other half in the fridge and ate it today, it was just as good.. maybe better.

Roll flat with a rolling pin (it's soft enough to press flat if you don't have a rolling pin).

Mine is just the simmered sauce with garlic. I buy the 8oz hunt's tomato sauce with no salt added and mince a big clove of garlic into it and simmer for 10 minutes.

Topped the dough with 1/4 c of the garlic sauce and spread it to about a 1/2 to the edge. Sprinkled it liberally with black pepper.

Topped that with 5oz of box shredder shredded mozzarella.

Drizzled a tiny bit of extra virgin olive oil on it and used my finger to spread the olive oil around the edge on the crust.

Baked it on the lowest rack @ 450 and I placed an empty cookie tray on the rack above it to block the direct heat. I was trying to let the bottom crisp up and get golden without burning the top.

It took about....10 minutes to cook? The amount of time it took me to clean 2 litter boxes and wash my hands......
