You think that's bad? We's been having two weeks of abnormally freezing weather. School has been cancelled the last couple days because it was TOO COLD for the buses to start.

Today it's -16 Celcuis, with a low of -22. Add in windchill, and it hits between -30 and -40!

Yesterday I had to take my car into the garage because my passenger door latch broke. And my drivers door lock was frozen shut and it's too cold for lock de-icer to work. So I had to crawl in through the back seat.

This is some of the coldest weather I've ever experienced. Thankfully we haven't had too much snow.

I hope you will get better soon, Zalensia
Don't let the weather bother you - think about how important water is..unless is too much of it though
Have a hot cup of tea with Butch - he'll cheer you up

ah yes - tea (and coffee) are what help me through the winter. Nothing is more relaxing than hot liguids on a cold morning. Well - that and a cat lying in your lap.

Ak! It's -24 Celcuis today! And -38 windchill - thankfully it's not too windy. Car almost didn't start.

I think by Sunday it's supposed to be up to -5 though.

I think these are the lowest temps I've ever experienced.

For the past few days it's been really wet and windy. I've stopped bothering with umbrellas because the wind just turns them inside out or snaps the spokes. But then as soon as I put my hood up it just gets blown back down again so I end up completely soaked, and freezing. Oh, how I love January...
