No more SNOW!

Alright, I have to vent.
I live in Milton Ontario, Canada. We have SO much snow and it is FREEZING COLD OUT! Our gas bill went from $50 to $155 in the last month because we need so much HEAT! We have broken a record for the coldest winter now, it's -40 degrees with the wind chill at night and about
-30 during the day!!! You lose your breath when you go outside.

I want it to get warm!!!!!!!! NO MORE SNOW!

i would hate to be there with you, maleke! i live in minnesota, and it's surprisingly not snowy. or very cold. it hasn't gotten into the negatives very often at all, which is unusual.

but yeah, i'm super sick of winter too.

Surprisingly it's like that in Nova Scotia too! It's usually only this cold in the interior of the country. Today it's -24, -38 with windchill.

Hee hee, Alberta is having some strange heat wave! Today it only got up to -2C . All this week the roads have been slushy due to the warm temperatures. Usually at this time is MUCH colder. We get our days at -40C too. Maybe this winter we can skip that!

I'm with you, Maleke! We are also in the midst of a terrible cold snap! Last night the temperature was 0 degrees Farenheit, and on top of that was a wind with gusts up to 17 MPH. I think we should vote that cold weather and snow should only occur on ski slopes! * Is it Spring yet? I'm not going outside until the weather is up to 80 F!

* and a bit on Christmas Day for effect

Cold here too... Over here near Detroit I believe we were -2 the other day... brrr... and we got like 5-7" of snow in one day!! Couldn't happen at night so i would have the day off... noooooooooooooo.... But it's really bad considering like two weeks ago it was in the 40s.... sheesh!! I'm a school bus driver and let me say something.... try driving 40-50 screaming elemtary students home when you've JUST got 5" of snow and they wanna go home and play and people forget how to drive when there's snow on the ground... I mean this is Michigan!! At least one big snow fall every winter (I said at least...) You'd think people would learn how to drive in it... Sheesh! Sorry... end tirade
