moldy cheese...

LoL, about how long does it take for cheese to get moldy?
in and out of the refrigerator?

And having faile say that, it would also depend on what cheese. Danish blue/stilton has more mold in it alrdy- thats what the blue is... so it woul go yukky quicker.

Most cheeses are still good if it molds. Mold is a natural occurance to aging cheese. You just trim the moldy part off, and the rest of it is fine.

Exactly. It varies on the fridge I find. How moist it is in there, how much vegetable matter there is.

I love blue cheese! When I was a child, my mom bought in by the piece, and I couldn't understand how anyone could eat it. But now---I love it!

I made scrambled eggs with danish blue in it once.
It tastied beautiful, but was very blue so it didnt look too nice

I understand! I will not eat "Green Eggs and Ham." --or blue eggs! How about scrambled eggs with blue cheese dressing? It's white with chunks.
