UGH! I tire of them

Well, I'm in New York, so they don't even bother campaigning here (since it's pretty much gaurenteed to go Democrat). So we don't even GET the ads!

*edited to remove silly question of 'where are you from' because the answer was on the screen*

Yeah, well I'm in a swing state, just about split between Democrats and Republicans. The saying goes, "As goes Maine, so goes the nation" . We've swung Democrat the past three elections, but there's always that chance, so there's vicious campaigning, and waaaay too many commercials. *ugh* I'm sick of them too.

It's gotten so desperate, that this past week we had John Edwards, Al Franken, and the President all here.

I'm also in a swing state and I'm tired of the commercials. Every election year is the same. No worries, only one month to go.

I'm also in a swing state, but the commercials only bother me when they say misleading things. (Advertisements for both candidates are guilty of this.)

There aren't many presidential ads here, since they don't care about California. The big political thing over here is Indian casino issues, tons of ads running.
