Looking for an easy, interesting & unique dressing recip

OK, please don't criticize me for asking this so late in the game but I'm having Thanksgiving at my house (my mom is going to cook some of the food though) and I'm looking for a dressing recipe that would be easy but fun and unique, not same-old same-old. Anyone have any ideas that may include nuts, fruits and the like?

I live less than 5 minutes from a grocery store so picking up ingredients isn't an issue either. BTW, please don't post any recipes where you stuff the bird. There are only going to be a few people here that day so instead of cooking a whole bird we decided on just a turkey breast. I'm looking for a side dish dressing. Thanks a million in advance!

I found this source for Sol. There are so many different ideas I'm sure you'll find one that interests you.

Wow Jeanie! Thanks so much!!! I've been searching the Internet for the last while and never came up with the website you've suggested. It looks awesome! I love reading recipes. I'm sure there'll be one there that I like. Thanks again -

My mother makes a stuffing that has raisins and sausage in it as well as some other things. It's my sister's favorite part of the meal. I can get the recipe if you are interested.
