Got my ears pierced.

I got my ears pierced last night. I've got tiny little studs. 14 karat Tiffany studs with my birthstone December. It hurt for a minute when they pierced my ears but the pain went away a minute afterwards. I got them done at Corey's. It's a Jewlery store in a mall by us. If I can get a picture of my ears I will. Anyone else have their ears pierced? Mine is just one hole in each ear in the ear lobes.

I use to have 4 in each ear lobe, then 2 in the tops of my ears.

Took them all out except 1 pair in my lobes.

Thanks! I have to have them in for 2 months but that is ok. I like the ones I'm wearing. I got some pictures of just my ear-the left one & the right one. I'll post them as soon as I can. I got a new computer for my birthday so I have to download the software.

Congrats!!

Just make sure you clean them!! speaking as someone who pieced ears for a living.. Clean them 3 times a day.. and don't use alcohol on them!!! it will dry them out and could cause an infection.. Also,.. keep them covered when you go outside.. you don't want the cold air to dry them out either!!

Good luck.. and enjoy them!

Oh and i have had 16 holes in my ears over the years.. when you are the teacher you have to let your students practice on someone....
I only have 1 in each ear now...

Thanks for the tips. They gave me some ear cleaning stuff which isn't Alcohol. Three times a day? They told us two times a day. *Goes and tells my mom to clean them three times a day*

Thanks again.

no problem.. 2 times a day is ok.. but 3 times is better! as long as you keep them clean you should have any problems!

Ta3339, maybe you know why this is but when I touch the area and when my mom applies the Ear Care it hurts. Why is that?

No alcohol? Why not? Seems to me that we always used isoprophyl on our earrings... and I'm not that old.
