Pawn shops and former math students are also a good source,
and now that I have your ear,
you can change the Math Perception.
Luckily, I never hated math, just didn't so much have the interest in doing it, some of it did turn out to be more fun than I ever thought,
if you get some preperation in before Lectures, you can be a winner in Math class,(lol), just call it pre-lecture--nothing very difficult, and no homework to do,
There are a few web sites that can help with lessons, but what worked for me was Video Tapes,
Public Library had Video for all the way through Caculas 4, and I watch TV better then anything esle,
to keep it short, if you can get a little of the types of Math your going to be working on before the lectures,
just let a Video or web site do all the work while you follow along,
your going to win!!!
Lectures almost never sink in the first time, and that's why Math can be such a frustration,
After serveral Veiwings of Caculas Triganometeric Identites, I got a close to perfect score on that part of the test.
So in closing, get your text,
find the idea's of each chapter,
and get some similar material going in your head before hand,
Math Teachers will also help steer you in the right direction, good luck, it really isn't that difficult if you can get the ideas ahead of time.
