I don't know if anyone remembers me...

So I haven't been around in months....

Its been so hectic planning the wedding and teaching for my first semester... plus I was in a car accident that ended up with me getting Shingles.

Me and Rob (Padunk) just went on a Western Carribean cruise...it was fantastic!

I check in from time to time....so many weddings and babies!!

I wish I could post my dress but I don't trust Rob to not peek!!

So whats new with you???

Really, I didn't know you and Padunk were engaged. I know Rob from the board but I haven't been here long enough to remember you. Tell us about your vaca. Where did you sail to.
Shingles, yikes I pity you, my mother has had them for months, I never knew they were so painful. Anyway glad you are back, come back and post some more.

Of course we remember you.

With Rob too busy right now, how about you spending some more time here?

We sailed to the Cayman Islands, Roatan Honduras, and Belize City Belize. We were also supposed to stop at Costa Maya but the waves were to high.
It was our first cruise and we had such a wonderful experience. Our excursions were fantastic! I love to travel to other countries so this was right up my alley because it gives an easy way to see many countries at once.

Shingles was awful...I was lucky that it wasn't as painful as I heard it can be but mine were on my stomach and caused so many stomach problems the dr put me on Zantac just so I could eat...

Rob is so swamped too....hes works so much. Plus wedding planning is so time consuming our appt with the DJ/Videographer was over 3 hours. The photographers were like 3 hours too....I've been trying to research alot before making the appt so that we only have to make one...

Plus sadly we work opposite schedules...I teach monday and wednesday nights and rob works tuesday night so I rarely see him between sunday and thursday

Nice to hear from you again. I don't post as often as I did, either - life just gets too busy.
A cruise! Wow, that sounds fantastic.
I guess my main news is that we went to Venice for Christmas (wonderful!) and we're going to Rome in the middle of May. Partner has developed an urge to see Italian cities! Which is fine by me
Also, Dad continues to do well in the care home, which is a relief.

Something faintly sounds familiar....oh yeah I remember you!

Good to see you back and sounds like you had a wonderful vacation! Sorry to hear about the accident and shingles. But, glad you are ok now.

Also tell Rob "hi" and give your kitties hugs and kisses from me.

Hey Elly! I know what you mean about being busy planning your wedding. I'm in the same boat!

Glad to see you are still around!
