Getting an Ultrasound

Yes, yet another forum member is getting an Ultrasound

Exept for me it is my neck.
Ive had this lump im my neck since last year and it has been getting progresively bigger so i went to the doctors to check it out.
The doctor said that it was my glands are swolen and they shouldnt remain swolen for so long unless something is wrong. They are going to ultrasound my neck and see if it looks abnormal, if it does they are gonna have to put a needle in my neck to test whats wrong with my glands.

To tell the truth, i am absolutely petrified . Now i have this to worry about upon the stress of having so much work to do.

Sincerely, Krystle.

I know it is hard but try not to focus on fear..it will only trigger more stress and more pain.
I had cat scratch fever - which was also like a lump but under my arm. One of my lymph nodes got infected pretty badly. I went for my outpatient surgery fearless. It still hurt especially when the anesthetic was wearing out, they were like "tell us, there is plenty more.." and then every time I started to feel something I was saying "I need some more, I can feel it"; but it would have been worse if I gave in. Plus the nurse and the doctor were incredibly nice. We talked about my feral cats - the reason I was there
Let us know how it goes
((hugs))
