Re: labeled for dogs safe for cats?

I don't believe a couple of those meals are going to do your cats any harm, but dog food should not be fed to cats regularly. Cats require dietary taurine. Dogs do not (dogs manufacture taurine within their own bodies). So cat foods have taurine added to them to make sure it is available in sufficient quantity.

A couple of meals of raw dog food isn't going to hurt. Just don't make a habit of feeding dog food to your cats.
