White vs. Red Meat
Do cats need both red and white meat in their diet? Sophie has shown a very strong preference for white meats - chicken, quail, pork, turkey, etc., but she generally doesn't like beef, lamb, venison or red meats in general. She will eat it eventually, but some of it always ends up uneaten. Is she missing out in important nutrients, or will she be okay as long as she gets the right ratio of muscle, bone and organ?
