Liver blood

Whenever I purchase chicken liver, the box is always full of blood. My cats absolutely LOVE the blood so I always pour a little blood into their bowls with like .5 oz of liver. Does the liver blood contain a lot of vitamin A too? I don't want to overdose my cats with vitamin A by giving them the 2 oz of liver they get each week plus more because of the liver blood they get.

Also, once or twice a week, I give both of them like one human grade 1200 mg omega 3 capsule mixed with liver blood so I'm wondering if that's enough omega 3 consumption? I just want to know if it makes a difference if the bottle doesn't say fish body oil but fish oil instead.

Vitamin A is fat-soluble, so while it can be transported in the circulation it's unlikely that there's a significant amount of it actually in the blood (at least, no more than in blood from elsewhere in the body... which seems to hover around 1-5% of the liver content depending on species, hydration, etc.).

A little bit of 'bonus' blood should be fine
