Based off the typically recommended 3% body weight, you're feeding a hair over two ounces less per day than you should; that's about half an ounce each. If you fed two 8 ounce patties and one 5.5 ounce can every day, you'd be almost exactly at the recommended amount. (On a side note - you might do better to feed the raw and canned foods as separate meals, instead of mixing them. Although the difference between digestive time for these foods is no where near as great as the difference between kibble and raw, I'd probably feed a full patty for breakfast, a full can for lunch and the second full patty for dinner. Just a thought.)
However, the real tell is your cats' body weight. You should not be able to see any bony parts - hips, ribs, etc., but you should be able to easily feel them. If you can see those bony parts, you should probably go ahead and feed a bit more.
Hope this helps!
